Accessibility and language services

  • Free aids and services to people with disabilities to help them communicate with us.
  • Free language services to people whose primary language is not English. Bilingual (Spanish/English) care is available at the Stephen A. Orthwein Center.
  • The Stephen A. Orthwein Center at Paraquad is fully accessible and equipped for patients with mobility needs.

Filing a grievance

If you believe we failed to provide these services or discriminated in any way, you can file a grievance by calling Montgomery Health Center at 636-230-1990 or the Stephen A. Orthwein Center at 314-289-4545. We will help you complete the process.

Our patient services team will call you to confirm a time at either clinic. Care is delivered by Logan student clinicians under the direct supervision of licensed doctors of chiropractic.
